Baby Ballew

We found out April 27th that Keri is pregnant. She is 14 weeks today. She's due December 30th. I cannot wait to see that baby!!! We find out in 5 weeks if she is having a boy or girl...I'm betting on girl.

Merry Christmas!!

It's been a while since my last post. There is a lot to catch up on. First of all Congratulations to Amy and Jeff. They got the most wonderful Chrsitmas present. Welcome to Natalie. She was born Christmas Eve.
We had a nice Christmas with our families. Levi and I both are very thankful for all we've been blessed with. We're looking forward to a new year full of new opportunities.
Coal Bear is getting very big. He is now a whopping 20 lbs. It's amazing he was only 2 a short 5 1/2 months ago. How time flies. Hopefully I will be a little better at posting most often next year.

Our 3rd Anniversary

The weekend before our anniversary Levi and I made a trip to KC. We stayed with Sarah, Ryan, and our two favorite boys. We had to make a stop at this place to enjoy and Caramel Pretzel Crunch. The Boys (big and small) enjoyed our day trip here. It was a great weekend!!! We had wonderful food and a great time thanks to S & R!!!
Levi and I are both excited to see what the next year holds for us. Every day is an adventure.

Welcome Grant Michael

Congratulations to Holly and Stacey on their new arrival. Grant Michael was born July 18th. He weighed 9.6 lbs and was 21 inches long. He is absolutely perfect. I got to spend the day with him on Thursday and enjoied every minute! I think I may have gotten a small case of baby fever, but Levi doesn't quite seem to agree just yet.

Mid July Updates

Just a few updates to share.
Levi was on the FRONT PAGE of this on Wednesday. As he puts is "they saw a state worker doing work, so they took a photo" He was painting a flag pole. I am trying to locate this photo so I can post it for all to see. Levi also registered for school yesterday. He is going to complete his BA. His first classes are Macro Economics and Music Appreciation. Doesn't sound like fun to me at all!! I'm very proud of him for taking this step!!
Coal is doing great!! Growing like a weed. He weighed 3 1/4 lbs yesterday. He was 2 months old on July 15th. House training is going great. We're also working on sit and learning to walk on a leash. Currently the little guy very much dislikes the leash and adamitly refuses to walk while on it. Sit although is working for us very well.
As for myself there isn't much news at all. I am very much enjoying being off 4 days a week. It's been a very relaxing summer so far. Not too much longer before our 3rd anniversary. It doesn't seem like it's been that long. No big plans yet, we'll keep you posted on that!!

Welcome Home Coal

I drove to Sedalia to pick up Coal Thursday, July 3rd. He is absolutly adorable!! He likes to get up early and sometimes in the middle of the night, which is a little stressful. Like any baby he does take frequent naps so that's a big help to get things done or catch a nap ourselves. We had our first trip to the vet today. Turns out all 2 lbs of him are very healthy. I've spent lots of time at this place getting ready for him. So far we really enjoy having him!!!
